Terms & Conditions

Foreign Trade Corp. (F.T.C.) DBA Technocel and Buyer hereby agree that F.T.C. will retain all rights, title and interest in goods, supplies, and/or merchandise shipped and delivered to Buyer until Buyer makes payment in full in addition to F.T.C.'s other rights and remedies as approved by law.

It's further agreed that the Buyer shall indemnify F.T.C. harmless from any and all claims of third parties in the event F.T.C. is required to take legal action to enforce its rights for the goods or price thereof Buyer agrees to pay all of F.T.C. cost and collection expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees and expenses necessary to enforce F.T.C.'s rights.

Terms are based on shipped date, not received date. Invoice not paid within terms is subject to finance charges of 2% per month. There is a $30.00 service charge for checks returned for any reason. Claims for short shipments or any errors must be received within 7 days. All returns must be accompanied by a preapproved return authorization (RMA) number. There is a 20% restocking charge for all returned merchandise.

Credit not used within 180 days from credit invoice are no longer valid. This agreement and performance by the parties hereunder shall be construed in accordance with the law of the State of California. No refunds.

Product Warranty

Technocel guarantees the performance of all of our accessories and offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on many.

Technocel will replace defective accessories due to workmanship or proven defects (damaged through normal wear and tear, alteration, misuse, neglect, accident, service by anyone other than the authorized service center, voided warranty, or act of God not included). Technocel reserves the right to use its discretion in determining the validity of a claim for defective products.
